Turn Appointment Requests Into Google Calendar Events

Add a caller’s requested time and notes to the Google Calendar your team checks. The connection creates an event; it does not confirm that the time is free.

Choose a calendar and test one request. Use the connection only after the event appears and AnswerCheap records its Google ID.

FAQ

Answers for this connection.

Which calendar does it use?

You choose the destination calendar during setup.

Does it handle reschedules?

The current first-party path creates the initial event. It does not update or reschedule an existing Google Calendar event.

Does it check whether the time is free?

No. AnswerCheap does not currently query Google Calendar free/busy availability. Your call rules or team must avoid conflicting times.

Can it add notes from the call?

The event can include available contact details, reason, location or notes, and links back to the AnswerCheap record.
